What does a membership at Bronx Coworking Space include?

A $35 Annual registration fee will give members access to the Bronx Coworking Space Members’ portal to reserve any available Floating Desk at Bronx Coworking Space.

Floating Desk
The unlimited use of any available space in the common area; bring your laptop, pick a spot and enjoy a Day PASS, 7-Day PASS or  Monthly PASS which includes access to a personal locker, wifi, common area amenities, and a 30-min session in Conference Room B.

Private Office
Unlimited use of a personal, lockable office space with file cabinet to keep items secure so you don’t have to pack up each day. Monthly Plans start at $525.00 Add more offices as needed. Offices accommodate up to 7 people; 1-Person Office receives (1) 60-min session in Conference Room A or B 2-Person Office receives (1) 90-min session in Conference Room A or B 4-Person Office receives up to (2) 90-min session in Conference Room A or B 6-8 Person Office receives (2) 90-min session in Conference Room A or B

Meeting Rooms
Time allotment differs between member plans, for additional time see below;
Room A: $45/Hr up to 18 People
Room B: $35/Hr up to 10 People

All Private Office include desks, chairs, and lockable filing cabinets.

From stash 'n dash lockers to a quite space, conference room, seminar room, private phone booths to coffee counters, you’ll find that Bronx Coworking Space has a fun mix of extras.

When does memberships begin?
FLOATING DESK Plans start the day you sign up. PRIVATE OFFICE plans start on 1st and 15th of the month. Our policy requires move out on the last day of the month for PRIVATE OFFICES, allowing new Bronx Coworking Space members to move in on the 1st of the month.

***If this day lands on a weekend, “move-out” will be the Friday prior to the weekend.***

Are your memberships really month-to-month?

Memberships are month to month. Bronx Coworking Space also offers longer-term commitments; email us at for more information.

What are your hours of operation?
Bronx Coworking Space office hours are :
Mon – Fri: 8am–7pm
Sat: 9-6pm
Sun: 10-5pm

Can I stop in or should I make an appointment for the tour?
It is preferred to schedule a tour in advance. This ensures your visit is allotted the time you deserve. 

Mail and Package Handling
PRIVATE OFFICE Plans include package handling and mail delivery. FLOATING DESK plans offer mail and package services at an additional fee of $50 per month. See Bronx Coworking Space team members for details.

How do I reserve a conference room or workspace?
Please reserve with our Bronx Coworking Space team members, or through the members portal.

What size conference rooms or workspaces do you have?
Bronx Coworking Space Conference space can accommodate room 2 to 18 depending on the conference room reserved.

I just reserved a conferece room, how do I register my guests?
Register attendees with front desk , guests must check in at front desk with official photo id.

Can guests visit me in my private office?
Yes, Please register your guest at the front desk. However, your number of guests cannot exceed the number of desks in the office.

How can I review my monthly invoice?
You can view your monthly invoices any time online via the Members Network. Just select the “Invoices” tab and you will be able to make the appropriate adjustments. Please note that for Private Offices, only the primary member has access to the Account Manager and can view invoices.

How can I cancel my Bronx Coworking Space membership?
You can cancel your Bronx Coworking Space Membership via written notice or email. Cancellations take effect on the last day of the current month and that there are no prorated refunds issued for cancellations of Floating Desks, Private Offices, or any other membership. There are no exceptions.
